My mom questioned me to post this question about my dad. He drinks a few beers at about 4 or 5 o’clock, eats dinner, then goes to bed because he has to wake up early in the morning for work. My mom gets barely any sleep because of his snoring. By the sounds of things, the doctor said its his drinking. Is there some kind of trick or homemade way to stop this? Please help, my mom gets no sleep and pretty soon she’s going to have to go to the couch!!

All day long I am fine. As soon as I lay down my sinuses clog up and I can barely breath. I do breathing exercises to relax my nasal canal, it gives some relief, only one nasal opens up. When I switch sides I am laying on it switches nasal passages. I believe this is the source of my snoring. What should I do?

My mom can never sleep at night because my freaking dad snores so loud!
nearly every night my mom has to go into our guest bedroom because she cant sleep.

During the winter months when we have the heat turned on – I get very stuffed up, especially at night.
We have had our vents and ducts cleaned. I have an air purifier on my side of the bed. A humidifier only makes me more stuffed up, just less thick I guess (tmi, hah).
I have a feeling it is dander from our pets coming through the vents, as I am allergic to all 4 of them. Either that or dust. Typically my allergies dont bother me much unless the animals are all over me for long periods of time.
Is there anything I can use, sprays or anything to keep me from getting congested? I don’t take allergy pills usually, and prefer not to, but I would if it would help.
My partner is tired of hearing me snore and I am tired of feeling like I’ve got a massive head cold every morning and having phlegm and mucous all the time in the winter.

My better half is starting to complain about my snoring. It’s to the point where neither of us are sleeping well because I am getting poked, slapped, beaten and pushed on all night. Is there any simple way to reduce or stop whatever causes snoring?? I want to get a excellent nights sleep and hopefully in the same bed!!!
