   question your pharmacist. there is a spray out there that is made by the same people that make the breathe right strips. excellent luck

   Don’t they have some sort of spray?
   Try searching “Snore spray” or asking a pharmecist.
   May or may not work, but that’s all I can reckon of.

   polysomnography– a sleep study. They may determine you need Bi-pap or cpap. Your Dr. can get you an appointment. I suggest you look polysomnography up and get an understanding of what it is about or question your Dr. It has helped alot of people. I am a respiratory therapist and i personally know this to be right.
