for some people they work extremely well, but depends on why the person is snoring – they cannot fix apnea for example.
I have snored all my life. My only suggestions are don’t drink or smoke and lose weight if you are overweight. Other than that you might have to have surgery. Surgery doesn’t work for everyone. Sometimes the soft palate is to small to have the surgery performed. Nasal surgery is another option.
