How Can I Keep Myself From Sleeping On My Stomach?

I’m 23 years ancient, and have been sleeping on my stomach for as long as I can remember. For the past couple of years I’ve noticed that it’s been causing physical problems (pain in my neck, serious lower back issues) I have been trying to go to sleep on my back, or on my side, but I keep waking up on my stomach. Are there any tricks to prevent this? (Like I know women used to sew a tennis ball in their husbands pj’s to make sure they wouldn’t sleep on their back, to prevent snoring :-)

when you are pregnant you can’t sleep on your back. I am a back sleeper so I found this extremely hard. So I bought a wedge-eze pillow. (around $20 at wal-mart in the baby-section) it helps you to sleep on your side. It worked wonders for me, maybe it will help keep you off your stomach!

Get your nipples pierced. You’ll only roll onto your stomach one time, and you’ll break the habit nearly instantly.
