can i add cider vinegar to my protein shakes 3 times a day?
I don’t have apple cider vinegar at home but I do have rice vinegar. I made the concoction with that, hopefully it will work just the same.
I seem to have an allergy to honey. When I eat any I develop a large bump somewhere on my body like a huge hive. Is there a natural alternative for that ingredient???
Agave nectar, black strap molassis, apple juice or add a small water if you can’t take it without the honey. Excellent luck & hope you feel better.
Thanks. I got a terrible flu/cold for nearly 1 week now the cough at night is attrocius, I reckon I have some Apple Cidar vinegar lying around and will try one of those to go with it. It will have to be apple juice its the only one I got ATM.i

Excellent remedy. would you suggest this on a 2 year ancient? my son only coughs in the mornings and evenings as well when he wakes up from his nap time.
As long as he’s not allergic to honey. Another alternative to honey is apple juice. Just make sure you rinse his mouth out afterwards to protect his tooth enamel.
