In addition, losing weight, using the Breathe Right strips, and Throat Spray, does anyone know any natural remedy?
Not everyone who snores has sleep apnea, so that's no problem. Sleep on your side and still snores like a train.

Try putting extra pillows under him. My husband snores so loud and hard he shakes the bed and you can hear him all the way at the other end of the house. I tried this and it really helped. I reckon it elevated him enough to open his airway more.
you already checked with a doc since you are saying not all snorers have apnea
mine does and snored on side, back etc
so
I guess unless he has surgery u are luckless
Whoever told you that not all snorers have apnea was only partially right. Snoring is the sign to let you know that apnea is impending. The sounds made, or snoring, is the vibrations of air trying to go through a partially occluded airway. When the fatty tissues at the back of your throat continue to flap back and forth against each other, they eventually get swolen to the point where they are really occluding the airway, thus preventing air from getting to your lungs. Have a sleep study done just to rule out apnea, then go from there. You’d be surprised by how much you will learn about your sleeping habits and cause of snoring from having a sleep study. Excellent luck!!
I am told that if you hold a pillow over his face until he stops breathing, then you won’t be bothered by the snoring anymore. Also, separate rooms seems to work quite well.
Sherbert is right!
If he hasn’t already done so, please have him get a sleep study done to accurately diagnose the problem!
