   Tell her to buy him this thing called “Pure Sleep”. It’s a mouth piece that the snorer wears at night. I swear I never would have believed that it works, except my grandfather who snores so loud that my grandmother sleeps in a different room got one and hasn’t snored since! Since it worked so well with him, other family members have bought them, too, and had the same fantastic results.
   It’s about $50 but worth every penny.

   well ear plugs can help
   i reckon they have medicin that stops snoring
   or somthing that like goes over his nose
   my dad snores like a best too
   my room is dowstaris and they r upstaris and i can here him snore
   my mom usly goes to bed befor him so she can fall asleep so she dosent have to try to go to sleep with snoring

   have your dad sleep on his side or wear breathing strips. if that doesn’t help i know my friend’s dad had some sort of snoring machine that the dr gave him because he had a terrible case of it. so maybe your dad could talk to his dr about it.
   for me, sometimes putting a pillow on top of my head while i sleep helps but i’ve never had to sleep with someone who snores very loudly.

   Try going to a local store and buying the snore thing you place on ur nose or have your dad talk to a doctor and the doctor might prescribe something for your dad.

   tell him to go check out his tonsils in the back (a dentist does this procedure) I’ve seen some advertising for a procedure that dentist do at their office about this. its a small snip in the back inside the throat somewhere

   that’s exactly what my mom has 2 do! She usually listens 2 her radio when she goes 2 sleep.

   Oh my Lord! That is why I try to fall asleep before my boyfriend, he snores and it keeps me up. Try to get him some breathe right strips.

    i hug my hubby, and just question him to lay on his side…thats it… it helps!!!
